Join our team at Panasonic! **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Support execution of accounting closing (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.), ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy of information; * Ensure quality of financial statements to support senior management decision-making; * Support business units during projects involving factory costs or revenues in Extrema through comparative analysis; * Collaborate with engineering teams on cost reduction initiatives, and analyze changes and their impact on factory performance; * Analyze fixed and variable cost variances, identifying root causes of deviations; * Ensure the ERP system accurately reflects production costs; * Calculate financial and monetary indicators based on accounting and costing data; * Prepare and present executive-level materials to support decision-making; * Provide insights to enhance operational performance and efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and BR GAAP); * Knowledge of financial statement analysis; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Hyperion; * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information:** * Work Location: Extrema \- MG; * Work Modality: Hybrid (1 day per week remote).
