Use of manual and pneumatic tools Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (enrollment must not be suspended). * Prepare parts for the assembly process, performing finishing, deburring, and plastic removal from sheet metal parts using manual tools such as sanders, orbital sanders, and polishers; * Perform sub-assemblies of mechanical and electrical parts using manual and pneumatic tools such as screwdrivers, riveters, silicone applicators, etc.; * Prepare and tack parts for the assembly process; * Move production carts within the process; * Route non-conforming parts by completing the identification label and placing them in the quality department's non-conforming parts area; * Inspect the quality of purchased or internal materials to verify their quality and identify non-conformances, per received training; * Notify immediate supervisor of any production interference that may affect work results; * Complete the checklist according to production process stages, covering all necessary procedures to ensure compliance with requirements; * Record start and completion of production orders at the workstation, as well as record absences and production process interferences; * Understand, comply with, and enforce correct usage of supply and production kanbans in production areas; * Use production consumables according to Kanban movement training, aiming to control materials available on the production line; * Conduct 5S program audits on production lines. 2511190202461876375
