




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and assembling mechanical and electrical components, performing finishing operations, inspecting quality, and ensuring compliance with production processes. Use of manual and pneumatic tools Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (enrollment must not be suspended). * Prepare components for the assembly process by performing finishing operations, deburring, and removing plastic from sheet metal parts using manual tools such as sanders, orbital sanders, and polishers; * Perform sub-assemblies of mechanical and electrical components using manual and pneumatic tools including screwdrivers, riveters, silicone applicators, etc.; * Prepare and tack components for the assembly process; * Move production carts within the process; * Route nonconforming components by completing the identification label and delivering them to the quality department's nonconforming parts area; * Inspect purchased or internal materials for quality and identify nonconformities according to received training; * Notify immediate supervisor of any production interference that may affect work outcomes; * Complete the checklist corresponding to each stage of the production process, covering all required procedures to ensure compliance with requirements; * Record production order start and completion at the workstation, as well as log absences and production interferences; * Understand, comply with, and enforce correct usage of supply and production kanbans in production areas; * Use production consumables according to Kanban handling training, aiming to control material availability on the production line; * Conduct 5S program audits on production lines. 2511190202461876375
