The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, time tracking, payroll processing, benefits administration, vacation and leave management, as well as contributing to the organization of personnel records and submission of data to statutory systems. Main Responsibilities Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes Review and organize employment documentation Manage electronic time tracking and overtime hours Assist in payroll processing Manage vacation and leave records Maintain up-to-date employee records Support benefits administration Support Activities Assist in preparing departmental reports Provide internal support to employees Support other administrative tasks within the department as needed **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields Prior experience in Human Resources Knowledge of HR routines (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, vacations, benefits, and time tracking) Familiarity with labor legislation Intermediate Excel proficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience in benefits administration Experience handling large employee volumes Familiarity with payroll systems and eSocial reporting Experience with HR reports and metrics
