Then this position is for you! **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** Prospect leads and share information about ABS solutions, demonstrating improvement in quality targets and progress in individual development areas, aiming to build a portfolio of potential customers; Share domain knowledge, train, and support onboarding of new team members, helping ensure the team maintains appropriate qualification levels and performance; Monitor daily productivity and sales reports to assess team progress, adjust priorities, improve outreach approaches, ensure process flow integrity, and achieve results; Conduct negotiations that convert leads into profitable business, meeting monthly targets and increasing conversion rates; Contribute to building strong, long-term relationships between the company and its customers. **Benefits:** Meal allowance of R$ 24.00, Transportation allowance of R$ 15.30 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00 **Required Knowledge:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree — Completed 2nd year of high school — Currently enrolled 2512190202551294747
