**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for **managing the entire inventory operation**, ensuring processes are conducted in an organized, safe, and business-need-aligned manner.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**1\. Inventory Operational Management**
* Coordinate and supervise all stages of the material flow: **registration, receipt, inspection, storage, movement, and dispatch**.
* Ensure **inventory accuracy** through **cyclical inventories** and analysis of identified discrepancies.
**2\. Team Leadership and Development**
* Lead, guide, and support the warehouse team in performing daily tasks.
* Assign tasks, conduct training, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations.
**3\. Material Control and Supply**
* Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure **adequate supply** to internal departments, preventing stockouts and delays.
* Analyze requests, consumption, and material turnover to identify replenishment needs and prevent **obsolescence**.
**4\. Inventories and Accuracy**
* Conduct the **quarterly warehouse inventory**, ensuring reliability of information recorded in the system.
* Identify process failures and propose corrective actions to improve accuracy.
**5\. Fuel Control**
* Supervise and control the fuel refueling and consumption process, ensuring traceability and preventing losses.
**6\. Performance Indicators and Continuous Improvement**
* Monitor and analyze **inventory performance indicators**, such as turnover, accuracy, service level, and loss rates.
**7\. Compliance and Safety**
* Ensure compliance with internal standards and **Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE)** regulations.
* Guarantee that all operations prioritize the integrity of people, materials, and assets.
