Job Summary: Responsible for installing and maintaining broadband products for corporate clients (SMEs) and individual customers, with a focus on product optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Working on broadband installation and maintenance. 2. Serving corporate clients (SMEs) and individual customers. 3. Recommending product upgrades or migrations. ### **Responsibilities** INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE FOR SME CLIENTS ### **Education** Completed high school ### **Additional Requirements** Driver's license category B ### **Position Overview** OK RESPONSIBLE FOR BROADBAND PRODUCT INSTALLATIONS AND MAINTENANCE. SERVING CORPORATE CLIENTS (SMEs) AND INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. THE ROLE ALSO REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS OFFERED BY ALGAR COMPANY, AS THE INCUMBENT IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR RECOMMENDING MIGRATION OR UPGRADE OF GPON OR STFC BROADBAND PRODUCTS. ### **Working Hours:** MON-FRI 08:30 TO 18:00 (60 MIN LUNCH BREAK) \| 200 HOURS PER MONTH ### **Prerequisites** Reside in Curitiba
