Support for Audits and Compliance with CPC and IFRS **Job Description:** **Role Mission:** Ensure the quality and integrity of the company's economic\-financial information, supporting decision-making through Budget and Forecast management, result calculation and analysis, accounting and tax controls, cost governance and KPIs, as well as audit support and adherence to CPC and IFRS standards. **Competencies:** Communication, technical knowledge, discipline, organization, planning, analytical ability, proactivity (innovation/initiative), interpersonal skills, and teamwork. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies/MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Accounting are desirable. **Professional Experience:** Minimum 6 months gained in a career position or performing the same function. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Experience in Controllership, Accounting (tax and managerial), Cost Accounting, and Planning (Budget/Forecast), including support for year-end audit; BI tools, Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and familiarity with CPC and IFRS. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance, if required * PPR: Profit-Sharing Program * Health Plan via voluntary enrollment (with preferential rates).
