We are seeking a **JUNIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST** to directly monitor transportation operations for our own fleet, third parties, and affiliated carriers.
This role involves responsibilities such as trip scheduling, system updates, transport document issuance, driver communication, and cargo scheduling. This position is critical to strengthening interdepartmental integration, optimizing logistics performance, and ensuring agile, strategy-aligned operational decisions.
**Responsibilities:**
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring transportation executed by the FLEET, THIRD PARTIES, and AFFILIATED CARRIERS, ensuring all stages—from scheduling through service completion—proceed smoothly, on schedule, under control, and with quality, directly contributing to fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor trip execution time and vehicle movement, flagging deviations, improvement opportunities, and anomalies to operations managers.
Verify trips on client portals, checking transport details and schedules against planning and actual operations, while organizing and managing administrative schedules for the department to ensure logistical process efficiency.
Update internal systems with operational, financial, and fleet control data—including records of unloading and parking payments—as well as issuing and forwarding loading orders and scheduling notifications to clients.
Communicate all necessary information—including schedules, routes, loading/unloading locations, and internal procedures—to drivers according to daily scheduling, aiming to manage cargo availability and optimize fleet allocation.
Support the logistics team in initiating damage and deviation claims, and facilitate internal communication among departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Maintenance.
Assist with routine logistics administrative tasks, including controlling and submitting transport documents (e.g., CTEs, delivery confirmations, service orders, and monthly envelopes) to Finance and HR departments, supporting analysis of drivers’ monthly envelopes, and managing internal fuel controls.

Attention to detail and accuracy in managing operational data—including trip scheduling, transport records, and cargo movement.
Proficiency in using logistics systems, fleet tracking platforms, transport documentation tools, and scheduling management software.
