Job Summary: Supervises and guides the application team, manages daily routines, ensures the safety of all personnel, and maintains active communication with clients and administration. Organize the team's daily routine and ensure safety **Requirements:** * Technical course in Occupational Safety * Driver's license category "B" * Availability for frequent and extended business trips * Residency in Toledo or nearby regions * Experience in team management and field construction work is a plus **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, direct, and guide the application team in carrying out their tasks, maintaining communication with the client, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring active communication with the administrative department. * Organize and monitor the team's daily routine, ensuring everyone's safety. * Drive the company van for team transportation during trips, including to worksites, meals, or other needs.
