We are looking for a Network Technician to join our team and contribute your expertise in network maintenance and operations. We want someone who not only resolves technical issues but also helps improve our services. **What will be your challenges?** * Perform complete residential installations for radio and fiber optic networks. * Conduct basic battery bank check\-in procedures (24V and 48V). * Support simple corrective actions on radio networks (e.g., cable and connector replacements). * Resolve basic customer connectivity issues (slow speed, no connection, intermittent outages). * Assist in configuring routers in standard mode (ONT, Wi\-Fi, basic repeater). * Execute post\-service procedures (site organization and cleanup). * Record daily timekeeping (clock\-in, breaks, clock\-out). * Use company applications to create, detail, and close service orders. * Comply with company\-established safety and operational protocols. * Safeguard provided materials and equipment. * Attend mandatory training sessions under the capacity development program. **What are we looking for?** * Basic knowledge in telecommunications or related fields; * Knowledge of communication networks, network equipment, and protocols; * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve problems; * Analytical skills and ability to work independently; * Commitment to quality and service excellence; * Effective communication skills. **What do we need from you?** * Valid driver's license (categories AB); * Completed high school education; * Clear and effective communication skills; * Organized and detail\-oriented; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Willingness to travel; * Geographic knowledge; * Flexibility in working hours. **What do we offer?** * Health insurance plan (União Médica) \+ co\-payment; * Birthday day off; * 50% reimbursement of your internet bill, helping you stay always connected; * Meal allowance; * Career development plan; * Training program.
