Job Summary:
Control and monitor field vehicle and machinery logistics, manage service orders and maintenance history, and monitor third-party services to ensure efficiency and quality.

Control and monitor logistics for vehicles, machinery, and implements in the field; monitor and execute opening and closing of service orders; control recording of performed maintenance activities; track available and unavailable machinery; carry out parts reservations and transfers; and monitor third-party services, aiming to maintain historical records, efficiency, and service quality.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Control opening and closing of automotive maintenance service orders (SOs), tracking reports, verifying changes, and comparing SOs with executed services to ensure accurate service history for the department;
* Perform daily closing of service orders and record performed maintenance activities to maintain organized service handling;
* Manage the system for recorded maintenance activities using specific spreadsheets to ensure activity history and facilitate analysis for future services;
* Carry out material reservations and transfers for maintenance services using the system and verifying stock levels in the warehouse to expedite service handling;
* Respond to field maintenance requests via radio, assessing urgency to provide efficient solutions;
* Control logistics support for field equipment and light vehicles from the workshop fleet to improve service efficiency;
* Provide public service by receiving service requests and delivering necessary guidance;
* Handle telephone inquiries, recording requests and providing information to ensure appropriate response to presented demands;
* Open third-party service orders, contacting the service provider to direct assistance, subject to validation by the maintenance supervisor, to guarantee required support;
* Control third-party service requests by entering information into a dedicated system so that the procurement department may negotiate with the service provider;
* Relay all operational process-affecting information and pending tasks to the next shift colleague to ensure proper departmental functioning;
* Comply with SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) policy, following company procedures and practices to meet applicable legal requirements, prevent waste, and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions;
* Follow area safety recommendations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safeguard oneself against occupational safety and health risks and threats;
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, adhering to established guidelines and procedures to ensure suitable working conditions for daily activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Completed high school education.
