Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing technical routines in hematology, preparing slides, conducting microscopic examination, and critically analyzing tests, ensuring technical quality of results. Ensuring technical quality of results **Employment Type: CLT \- Temporary** **Workload: 220 hours per month** **Shift Schedule: 12x36** **Main Responsibilities:** Performing technical routines in hematology; Preparing hematological slides (blood smears); Conducting microscopic examination with leukocyte differential; Critically analyzing and supporting the release of complete blood count tests; Ensuring technical quality of results, following departmental protocols and standards. **Requirements:** Completed qualification as Clinical Pathology Technician; Proven experience in hematology; Practical experience in slide preparation and microscopy with leukocyte differential; Knowledge of laboratory routines and quality control. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in a hospital environment; Familiarity with laboratory information systems; Proactive, organized profile with strong analytical ability.
