Safety and Geotechnics: Monitoring of slope and embankment stability, as well as ensuring workplace safety at quarries (use of PPE, vibration control). Licensing and Environmental Management: Environmental management, including mine closure, rehabilitation of degraded areas, and compliance with regulations issued by the National Mining Agency (ANM). Quality Control: Technological characterization of minerals to align extracted material with end-market specifications. **Qualifications and Profile:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, registered with CREA. Competencies: Knowledge of rock mechanics, applied geology, mining software, and personnel management.
