Neighborhood: Santa Branca / Pampulha Region **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience**: · One year of experience in the Finance Department. **Requirements**: · Professional stability in previous jobs of at least 1 (one) year. · Prior experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, or HR routines. **Required Knowledge**: · Computer literacy: Microsoft Office suite; prior experience with an Integrated Management Software; Internet and Email. · Finance department routines. · Organization of physical and digital documents. **Job Responsibilities** · Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. · Organizing and maintaining physical and digital documents. · Recording and controlling accounts payable and accounts receivable. · Bank reconciliation. · Supporting HR department routines (vacations, terminations, employment contract approvals, new hires, timekeeping closure, benefits, payroll). · Supporting administrative routines related to rentals and group-owned properties.
