Itinerant construction projects with travel availability ITINERANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TRAVEL AVAILABILITY REQUIRED PREFERRED: Prior experience with optical cable blowing. **Brief Job Description** Lead field teams in executing microfiber optic deployment projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, safety requirements, and alignment with technical specifications and company objectives. Lead and guide the field team during project execution. Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure work efficiency. Oversee on-site construction execution, ensuring compliance with technical designs, regulations, and established specifications. Identify and resolve operational or technical issues arising during execution. Monitor proper use of materials and equipment, ensuring their availability and good condition for project execution. Report material or tool replenishment or maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor. Monitor service quality, correct deviations, and maintain established standards. Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure technical compliance. Ensure activities are performed within defined timelines, adjusting daily planning as necessary. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to review schedules and priorities. Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety regulations (NRs). Promote team awareness of safety best practices and accident prevention. Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to the Construction Supervisor or Manager. Serve as the on-site point of contact to resolve queries and coordinate with other project stakeholders. Ensure worksite cleanliness and organization, minimizing environmental impact and respecting local regulations. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school (a technical degree in Telecommunications, Civil Construction, or related fields is a plus). Occupational safety certifications or specific fiber optic training (preferred). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 2–4 years of construction experience, preferably in telecommunications or fiber optic projects. Field team leadership experience.
