Maintain equipment condition and comply with safety regulations **Responsibilities:** * Operate a backhoe loader safely and efficiently in accordance with operational and safety standards; * Perform excavation, loading, leveling, and on-site support activities; * Maintain equipment condition by conducting basic inspections and reporting maintenance needs; * Follow internal procedures, safety regulations, and leadership instructions. **Requirements:** * Proven work experience as a backhoe loader operator documented in employment record; * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category **D**; * Knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to safety regulations.
