Job Summary: Backhoe Loader Operator responsible for operating the equipment safely and efficiently, performing excavation, loading, and leveling tasks, as well as maintaining the machinery in good condition. Maintain equipment in good condition **Responsibilities:** * Operate a backhoe loader safely and efficiently, in accordance with operational and safety standards; * Perform excavation, loading, leveling, and support tasks for construction site activities; * Maintain equipment in good condition by conducting basic inspections and reporting maintenance needs; * Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and leadership instructions. **Requirements:** * Proven work experience as a backhoe loader operator (documented in employment record); * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category **D**; * Knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to safety regulations.
