We highly value a strong culture grounded in our reality; thus, our values are: * Excellence in products * Simplicity and lightness in relationships * Customer as protagonist * Respect and development of employees * Agility in decision-making * Integrity and ethics in business *If you are unsure whether you are eligible to apply, please note that all our selection processes are open to candidates from all diversity groups — for example, persons with disabilities (PCD) or neurodivergent individuals, Black people, LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals, etc.* We look forward to your application. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify delinquent customers using system-generated reports and contact them for collections, following internal policies, aiming to ensure payments and achievement of defined targets. * Issue duplicate payment slips, account statements, and other financial documents requested by customers. * Provide inbound and outbound customer service, clarifying inquiries or referring them to the responsible professional, aiming for customer satisfaction. * Conduct negotiations with customers regarding requests for contractual modifications or contract termination, draft contractual amendments, and forward them for electronic signature, in accordance with internal procedures and policies, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs, process accuracy, and safeguarding the company’s interests. * Support the immediate manager in processes inherent to their role, leveraging experience for self-development. * Implement area-specific action plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits** Day\-to\-day: * Meal allowance (Flash Card): You will receive a meal allowance for each day worked; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy: You may choose whichever best suits your commute to work.
