**Job Opening: HEAVY MACHINERY OPERATOR**
Plan and execute machine and equipment operations in an organized and safe manner, including refueling, cleaning, and greasing. Perform excavation, trenching, horizontal material handling, and embankment construction, always adhering to occupational safety procedures.
Provide instructions, guidance, and internal training to new employees or external training to clients as required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate wheeled or tracked machinery and their respective attachments;
* Carry out activities across industrial, agricultural, mining, heavy construction, paving, and civil construction sectors;
* Conduct daily inspections, refueling, lubrication, greasing, and cleaning of equipment;
* Complete checklists, identify failures, and report irregularities to the immediate supervisor;
* Interpret technical information, control panels, and equipment operation manuals;
* Assess terrain conditions and operational safety prior to task execution;
* Correctly use PPE and comply with occupational safety, health, quality, and environmental regulations;
* Ensure proper maintenance, integrity, and optimal functioning of machinery and attachments;
* Guide colleagues and support training activities when necessary;
* Perform tasks according to the company’s operational demands, including assignments outside the employee’s residential area.
**Essential Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Specific training on the machine to be operated (minimum 40 hours);
* Qualification training, NR06, NR11, NR12, NR18, NR20;
* Minimum proven work experience in civil construction, heavy construction, mining, or industrial environments (documented in employment record);
* Willingness to travel;
* Residency in Belo Horizonte or surrounding areas.
**Terms and Conditions:**
Overtime pay \- 50% above base rate on weekdays and 100% on weekends or holidays;
Working hours \- 44 hours per week;
Work schedule \- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Salary Range: R$1\.700,00 to R$2\.900,00
Hazard Pay: 30%
**TOTAL GROSS SALARY: R$2\.210,00 to R$3\.770,00**
