Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Financial Analyst with solid experience in Accounts Payable, proficiency in the OMIE system, and experience in BPO/CSC. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in Accounts Payable and proficiency in the OMIE system. 2. Experience in Financial BPO and/or CSC environments. 3. Work with multiple CNPJs and high transaction volumes. Mid-Level Financial Analyst (Accounts Payable \| CSC) ? Work Model: Hybrid (twice per month) Must reside in Belo Horizonte or surrounding region We seek a **Mid-Level Financial Analyst** with solid experience in **Accounts Payable**, **proficiency in the OMIE system**, and **experience in BPO or CSC environments**. This position requires a high level of organization, sense of priority, process-oriented mindset, and ability to handle multiple demands and companies simultaneously. **This role is not suitable for candidates without OMIE and BPO/CSC experience.** Main Responsibilities – Accounts Payable & Payments * Perform payment entries, scheduling, and release in **Omie**. * Receive requests via e\-mail, validating documents, approvals, and eligibility. * Execute bank payments within agreed deadlines. * Send payment confirmations to requesting departments. * Manage tax withholdings, due dates, and remittances. Bank Reconciliation & Financial Routines * Perform **daily bank reconciliation** in Omie. * Ensure integrity and traceability of entries. * Monitor financial movements and **intercompany loans**. * Work with multiple CNPJs within a **CSC/BPO model**. Month-End Closing & Reporting * Prepare and update **Accounts Payable and cash flow reports** for the CEO. * Perform monthly bank reconciliation closing. * Review the monthly **Income Statement (DRE)** closing. * Submit invoices, reconciliations, and information to Accounting within deadlines. Financial Support & Ad-Hoc Tasks * Support expense reporting, events, and ad-hoc requests. * Conduct financial analyses, verifications, and document organization. * Support financial processes related to company opening and closing. Mandatory Requirements * Experience as a **Mid-Level Financial Analyst**, focused on Accounts Payable. * **Advanced proficiency in the OMIE system** (entries, reconciliations, reports, and payments). * **Prior experience in Financial BPO and/or CSC (Shared Services Center)**. * Experience handling multiple CNPJs and high transaction volumes. * Experience in bank reconciliation, monthly closing, and DRE. * Organized, detail-oriented, and strictly deadline-driven. Nice-to-Have * Prior experience in holding companies, venture builders, or corporate groups. * Experience with managerial cash flow. * Direct interface with external accounting firms.
