Our focus is on performing technical and intelligent drilling, always prioritizing safety and sustainability in the use of mineral resources **Responsibilities:** Responsible for operating crawler tractors and backhoes, using appropriate attachments to excavate drill pads, trenches, dikes, perform earthmoving, and repair roads, according to demands from field service teams. * Before starting operations, inspect vehicle functionality using a verification checklist to ensure safe transportation. * Operate crawler tractors and backhoes, interpreting information on the control panel to execute maneuvers and carry out assigned tasks. * Perform operations related to drill pads, trench excavation for drainage, dike construction, earthmoving, and road repairs to facilitate vehicle access to field service locations, while paying attention to environmental preservation and conservation. * Drive vehicles transporting team members between accommodations and construction sites, and vice versa. * Drive trucks and pickup trucks transporting water, supplies, and materials to support field service teams. * Refuel the vehicle at company-designated fuel stations as requested. **Requirements:** * Primary education; * Driver's license class D; * Heavy machinery operation training; * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. **Benefits:** * Career development plan; * Productivity bonus; * Meal allowance: R$835.00; * Meals fully covered by the company (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner); * Transportation; * Co-payment medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance**;** * Wellhub; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Time-off system:** Single employees – work 90 days → 10 days off; Married employees – work 60 days → 10 days off. **Location:** Full availability for travel across Brazil (national level) and for accommodation in company-provided lodging.
