




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, handling and organizing products, order control, and maintaining sector hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Order management and recording Provide courteous, attentive, and efficient service to customers, creating a positive impression. · Package, weigh, slice, and price products requested by customers; · Keep the counter, equipment, and workplace consistently clean and organized; · Maintain cleanliness of shelves, packaged products, electronic scales, slicing machines, refrigerated display cases, bread troughs, bread baskets, storage cabinets, sector display cases, and bread shelves; · Perform internal counter maintenance, ensuring packaging organization; · Label bread items; · Weigh packaged products; · Slice specialty breads upon request; · Check the order board daily; · Wash dishes (trays, cups, cutlery); · Keep the milk freezer consistently clean; · Record orders, informing customers of all product varieties, prices, and specifications using order forms; · Record orders on separate sheets for each department, following the criteria below: \- All orders must be made in duplicate (Production and Store); \- Record customer name and phone number (and address if delivery is required); \- Record order date and delivery date and time; \- Indicate the employee who took the order; \- Immediately forward orders to Production and notify the Shift Manager; · Clean store shelves with soap and detergent three times per week; · Operate department equipment properly, adhering to equipment safety guidelines; · Maintain a clean and organized workplace; · Inform management of any other situations requiring appropriate action; Work schedule: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM or 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.751,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
