The professional will be primarily responsible for ensuring quality standards, flavor, and presentation of our dishes and appetizers, delivering the best gastronomic experience to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and execute all bar menu items and portions, ensuring speed, consistency, and outstanding flavor. * Coordinate kitchen operations and guide the Kitchen Assistant in pre-preparation and organizational tasks. * Monitor ingredient quality and expiration dates, minimizing waste and maximizing food utilization. * Manage kitchen inventory, requesting restocking as needed. * Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization, strictly complying with Sanitary Surveillance regulations and food safety best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven prior experience as a Cook, preferably in bars, restaurants, or high-volume establishments. * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and ease working in teams. * Emotional intelligence and agility to handle peak-hour order pressure. * Solid knowledge of food hygiene and handling standards. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Fixed Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 per month. * **Bonus Program:** Performance-based rewards aligned with establishment goals and results. * Transportation Allowance. * On-site meals (Breakfast and Lunch).
