Kitchen team management and supervision We are looking for an experienced, creative, and organized Kitchen Chef to lead food production and ensure the quality of the food offered. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise kitchen production * Develop and standardize recipes * Ensure food quality, presentation, and flavor * Manage inventory, ingredient expiration dates, and storage * Lead the team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef or in a similar role * Knowledge of good food handling practices * Leadership and team management skills * Organization, agility, and creativity **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM \- 1-hour lunch break Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
