Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining telecommunications systems and devices, providing technical support while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in installation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems. 2. Performs repairs on fiber optic networks and internet and TV equipment. 3. Provides on-site technical support and adheres to safety and quality standards. This professional is responsible for installing, operating, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems and devices, including active and non-active networks. They are qualified to install and repair internet, TV, telephony, and other related networks and equipment. They provide technical support for customer and company equipment, troubleshoot failures, lay cables and install equipment, all while following technical, quality, health, safety, and environmental preservation standards. Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair internal and external fiber optic networks. * Lay cables and install equipment on poles, buildings, rooftops, ceilings, and towers, in accordance with technical and safety standards. * Fulfill customer service orders, meeting scheduled appointments and deadlines. * Perform technical diagnostics, identify faults, and implement corrections on networks and equipment. * Install and configure broadband internet, TV, and other solutions offered by the company. * Create user access accounts and configure networks according to technical standards. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company and customer equipment. * Provide on-site technical support, clarify doubts, and propose appropriate solutions for customers. * Record and close service requests with clear and objective information in internal systems. * Use corporate and operational tools and systems in accordance with internal norms and procedures. * Operate company vehicles for travel and external service delivery. * Strictly comply with quality, occupational safety, PPE usage, and environmental guidelines. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
