We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Analyst to join our team. The Fleet Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining our vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. The ideal candidate must have experience in fleet management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently resolve problems. **What will be your challenge?** * Preparation and analysis of fleet expenses; * Accurate monitoring and documentation of mileage traveled by each vehicle; * Fuel consumption analysis; * Authorization and control of fueling via Vale Card and Top Banck systems per vehicle; * Entry of fueling records performed through Top Banck into the Vale Card system; * Supervision and assurance of scheduled preventive maintenance services; * Diagnosing vehicle issues; * Collection and reporting of sector performance indicators; * Authorization of vehicle repairs at workshops and verification of estimated maintenance costs; * Analysis of available balance on the Vale Card platform; * Recording all vehicle maintenance entries in the Voalle ERP system; * Digitalization and archiving of invoices; * Issuance of payments to fleet-related service providers; * Monitoring installation of vehicle tracking devices; * Registration and control of vehicle rentals assigned to company technicians; * Verification of traffic violations and identification of the responsible driver; * IPVA payment inquiry; * Implementation of visual identification on fleet vehicles; * Preparation and formalization of terms for corporate vehicle usage; * Completion or renewal of vehicle rental contracts; * Purchase and sale of vehicles; * Management of garage spaces allocated to fleet vehicles; * Planning vehicle replacement when necessary; * Authorization and monitoring of fueling and maintenance for company generators; * Scheduling and follow-up of maintenance services performed on leased vehicles at the responsible dealership; * Submission of expense reports to the finance department; * Registration and inclusion of new vehicles in ERP systems; * Submission of invoices to the finance department for payment processing; * Proper timekeeping registration, including clock-in, breaks, and clock-out; * Completion of all training courses provided by the company under the training program. **What are we looking for?** * Understanding of best practices in preventive maintenance, vehicle repairs, and fleet-related cost management; * Ability to analyze fleet operational data to optimize efficiency and reduce costs; * Commitment to achieving performance and operational targets, ensuring the fleet operates efficiently and safely; * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external departments. **What do we need from you?** * Driver's license AB; * Willingness to travel; * Experience in fleet management; * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Assertive communication skills; * Agility in meeting targets; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; * Owner’s mindset; * Attention to detail; * Critical thinking; * Organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * Health insurance (União Médica) \+ Co-payment; * Birthday day off; * 50% reimbursement of your internet bill, helping you stay constantly connected; * Meal allowance; * Career development plan; * Training program.
