This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we undertake, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through the exchange and sharing of acquired knowledge—having participated in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform and support functional testing activities (manual and automated), requirement validations, and reviews as needed. * Properly document all activities in organizational control tools. * Monitor the QA team’s testing activities, supporting organization and direction of tasks. * Assist in prioritizing and organizing the test queue according to criticality, deadlines, and project needs. * Support task distribution among team members, contributing to workload balance and timely delivery. * Contribute to test planning, effort estimation, and validation scenario definition. * Maintain frequent alignment with Development, Analysis, and Sustenance Squads to coordinate deliveries. * Support quality practice evolution by suggesting improvements to processes, templates, and testing routines. * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development and testing workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in software testing (QA), preferably in agile environments. * Knowledge of functional testing, test scenario design, and requirement validation. * Knowledge and execution of automated tests using Selenium or Playwright. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Experience or exposure to backlog and task management tools (preferably Azure DevOps or similar). * Basic understanding of demand prioritization and workflow organization. * Ability to identify and log defects, risks, and inconsistencies. * Strong communication skills for interaction with developers, analysts, and other technical teams. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is a company with over 21 years in the market, operating exclusively in the public sector, partnering with state-owned enterprises, institutions, and municipal, state, and federal agencies.
