Position: Junior IT Analyst Description: We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in system maintenance and support, as well as participating in implementation projects and infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities: * Provide basic user support regarding system functionality and manage service tickets within the ticketing system. * Assist in drafting and updating manuals, technical documentation, and user guidance materials. * Enter departmental notes and perform registrations in the ERP system. * Record and report bugs, inconsistencies, or failures identified in systems. * Suggest minor improvements to systems and processes based on testing, analysis, and user feedback. * Provide technical support to internal users. * Assist in preventive and corrective system maintenance. * Participate in projects implementing new technologies. * Collaborate in identifying and resolving IT infrastructure issues. * Document IT-related procedures and processes. Requirements: * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or an MBA in IT is desirable. * Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and information security. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn new technologies. * Prior experience in technical support or related areas is desirable.
