This Financial Assistant will be responsible for verifying daily cash closings, validating monetary inflows and outflows, analyzing discrepancies, and assisting in financial control and loss prevention.

**Main Responsibilities:**
Verify daily cash closings for stores and operators
Validate monetary inflows and outflows (cash, cards, PIX, vouchers, and benefit plans)
Analyze cash discrepancies (surpluses and shortages) and record incidents
Assist in identifying and controlling cash shortages
Perform credit/debit card and electronic payment reconciliations
Review point-of-sale (POS) system reports
Control and archive financial documents (cash reports, receipts, coupons, reports)
Assist the finance team in monitoring bank deposits
Track and verify cash withdrawals and change funds
Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly financial closings
Support internal audits and loss prevention processes
Maintain communication with front-end cash and treasury leaders
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulations
**Job Requirements:**
Reside in Videira or surrounding region
Prior experience in finance
Completed high school education
Preferred: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
