Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficiency of the mechanical equipment route inspection program across production lines; * Operate mechanical measuring instruments; * Carry out scheduled weekly maintenance tasks; * Replace parts and perform minor equipment repairs; * Complete work permit requests; * Request maintenance orders for all tasks; * Adjust mechanical components and align equipment; * Perform hot and cold splicing of conveyor belts; * Log inspections to schedule preventive and annual maintenance; * Participate in equipment development and improvement initiatives; * Ensure efficiency and availability of production lines; * Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems; * Ensure proper completion of maintenance orders; * Manage a pre-determined area, taking responsibility for its smooth operation; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Ensure proper functioning of maintenance control systems; * Perform welding repairs; **Requirements and Qualifications** Describe the requirements * Mandatory: * Completed High School education; * Technical Course in Mechanics with up-to-date knowledge in the field; * Prior experience in related activities; * Desirable: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic pneumatics knowledge; * Experience in the Maintenance field (completed). **Additional Information** Insert additional information Teamwork and communication skills Agility and spontaneity Responsibility regarding resources Proactivity and execution Leadership awareness Since its inception, Guararapes stands as living proof of the power of vision, determination, and commitment.
