Team leadership and efficiency control PCP Supervisor Position Description: Supervise production planning and control to ensure adherence to deadlines, process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Monitor industrial indicators and inventory levels to guarantee the availability of raw materials and components required to maintain production flow aligned with demand. Responsibilities: * Indicator Management: Implement and monitor industrial performance indicators, evaluate operational efficiency, and propose action plans for improvement. * Process Optimization: Analyze and implement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and minimize waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency. * Production Planning and Control: Develop production plans based on the order portfolio, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Track execution of production schedules to ensure adherence to timelines. Conduct critical analyses of open orders to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks. Supervise information flow between production and procurement departments. * Conduct capacity and resource allocation analyses, identifying requirements and proposing operational adjustments. * Inventory and Procurement Management: Ensure availability of raw materials and components for production. * Monitor raw material inventory supply to prevent shortages and overstocking. * Track incoming supplies through continuous monitoring. * Labor Efficiency: Control and analyze productive team efficiency, preparing performance reports. Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions when necessary. * Reporting and Analysis: Record and analyze data from the production area to support decision-making. * Develop and execute action plans based on performance indicators. * Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties related to this position, either independently or upon request from leadership. Requirements: * Prior experience in PCP * Knowledge of production management systems * Team leadership skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Degree in Production Engineering or related fields
