Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Strategically implement improvements, leading initiatives that directly impact customer experience and contribute to senior management decisions.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead continuous improvement projects based on survey results; * Develop strategies and action plans to enhance customer satisfaction; * Monitor and evaluate the impacts of implemented changes; * Adjust strategies according to results and received feedback; * Provide consultative support to management, contributing strategic analyses and recommendations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Communications, or Production Engineering; * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python/R for statistical analysis); * Knowledge of project management (e.g., MS Project, agile methodologies); * Ability to develop strategic dashboards and performance indicators; * Skill in strategic planning and action plan development; * Experience in impact assessment and results measurement; * Courses in Customer Experience, especially CX metrics; * Data Analysis; * Microsoft Office: Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Office 365 tools; * Knowledge of Quality tools and continuous improvement techniques; **What will be considered a plus:** * Research methodologies and UX Research; * LGPD, ANEEL Resolutions, and Electricity Sector Legislation; * Postgraduate degree in Customer Experience or related fields. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
