Job Summary: Supervise logistics activities to ensure inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and excellence in customer service, managing teams and optimizing costs. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring inventory integrity and optimizing processes Supervise product receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities to ensure inventory integrity and excellence in customer service. Manage the team and ensure operational efficiency, aiming to reduce costs and comply with safety regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational and administrative management of the department; * Coordinate the work team while maintaining good conduct, service quality, and excellence in customer relations, as well as team harmony, motivation, and safety; * Supervise shipments, transportation, and receipts to ensure they occur on scheduled dates and in accordance with orders; * Plan vehicle routes to reduce delivery times and lower costs; * Conduct cargo verification and release for deliveries made by the company's own fleet; * Issue cargo manifest reports; * Comply with and enforce directives issued by the department’s coordination; * Ensure optimal operating conditions for logistics equipment and department layout; * Maintain physical and administrative inventory control; * Prevent losses and damages; * Monitor inventory preparation; * Supervise warehouse cleanliness and organization; * Strictly observe occupational safety regulations, safeguarding personal and team health and safety; * Control team work schedules, allocating labor resources to meet departmental operational demands; * Maintain responsibility for tools and equipment under supervision, requesting maintenance services when necessary; * Strictly observe occupational safety regulations; * Strictly observe the Code of Ethics and Internal Regulations; * Perform other related duties consistent with the responsibilities inherent to this role and the nature of the work. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Microsoft Office Suite * Relevant experience in the position. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Care * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Voucher * Conexa * Wellhub * Discounted products for employees With over 18 years of market presence, GMI DISTRIBUTORA is recognized as one of Brazil’s largest distributors and a reference in distributing Automation, Telecom, ISP, Electronic Security, IT, and Solar Kit products.
