Opportunity: **Pizzaiolo** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Reside in João Pessoa \- PB; * Minimum 6 months of proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices. **Desired Skills** * Organization with attention to detail; * Communication; * Agility; * Good interpersonal skills; * Creativity; * Problem-solving ability; * Willingness to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare pizza dough according to standardized recipes, respecting fermentation and resting times; * Sort, organize, and use ingredients according to the established menu. * Assemble pizzas carefully and efficiently, adhering to quality and presentation standards; * Operate and maintain the oven, controlling temperature and cooking time; * Clean utensils, work surfaces, and equipment, ensuring the workstation remains clean and organized; * Monitor ingredient inventory, verifying expiration dates and ingredient quality; * Assist in developing new flavors, fillings, and pizza combinations; * Adapt recipes to meet special requirements (dietary restrictions, custom orders, etc.).
