We seek a Traffic Manager ready to take on the challenge of reaching the largest possible audience by creating ads that attract potential customers and deliver positive results. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Upload traffic campaigns daily; * Upload creative tests daily; * Test new offers weekly; * Manage ad contingencies; * Deliver daily performance reports for uploaded ads. **What We Offer:** – We are the best digital marketing agency in João Pessoa to work for; – The selected candidate will receive a fixed remuneration (minimum wage) \+ Variable Commission (which may easily exceed the fixed salary depending on performance), along with growth opportunities within the company, including realistic projections for advancement into marketing team management and leadership roles for influencer and advertising teams; – 100% on-site work in João Pessoa\-PB; – Contract type: PJ – Legal Entity (if the candidate does not have a CNPJ, one will be created for the hired candidate); ;– The work environment is well-equipped with all necessary support to perform high-quality work, plus a dedicated, results-oriented team! ; ; **NOTE:** The 48-hour weekly workload is compatible with the fixed remuneration; variable remuneration will depend on and be commensurate with performance. ;
