Continuous improvement of services and processes Work in the Technical Area, managing, monitoring, and executing high-complexity projects and activities; participating in the development, execution, and management of projects, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical accountability for work performed, guiding colleagues on technical aspects within your area of expertise, ensuring continuous improvement of services and processes; * Stay updated on trends in your field of activity and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market; * Participate in internal and external training sessions, as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor; * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules; * Participate in Engineering project development, including defining technical requirements, standards to be observed, and supporting project planning; * Collaborate in the administration and preparation of technical drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, CAD (Computer\-Aided Design) modeling, engineering sizing and calculations, as well as equipment specifications; * Identify resources required to implement engineering solutions, such as financial costs, contracting/acquisition of new technologies, materials, among others; * Collaborate in the administration, preparation, and review of work instructions and operation manuals for engineering solutions you are involved in; * Maintain contact with engineering service providers and manage contract deadlines, ensuring compliance with company needs and technical requirements; * Prepare reports and historical records regarding engineering solutions, highlighting applicable technical\-legal requirements; * Participate in planning and executing the transfer of engineering projects to the production area, seeking root causes of problems and implementing improvements; * Support planning and monitoring of indicators related to applied engineering solutions. Participate in evaluating and diagnosing risks associated with company processes from an Engineering perspective; * Participate in investigations of issues in production processes to identify causes, scope of the problem, and possible solutions; * Perform technical management and verification of evaluation and testing results for engineering solutions, verifying conformity with conceptual specifications and forwarding information to the General Supervisor; * Conduct technical equalization for procurement processes of equipment within your area of responsibility, verify equipment data sheets, and formalize procurement processes upon approval; monitor the financial process to ensure equipment delivery; * Analyze competitor products, identifying advantages and possible engineering-related optimizations; * Perform other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as instructed by superiors; * Perform job duties in full compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory PPE during job and departmental activities.
