Technical support and continuous updates on trends and technologies Work in the Technical Area, managing, monitoring, and executing highly complex projects and activities; participating in the development, execution, and management of projects, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Provide technical leadership for assigned work, guiding other team members on technical aspects within your area of expertise to ensure continuous improvement of services and processes; * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, resources, and technologies available in the market; * Participate in internal and external training programs, as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor; * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence standards; * Participate in engineering project development, including defining technical requirements, applicable standards, and supporting project planning; * Collaborate in the administration and preparation of technical drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) modeling, engineering calculations and sizing, as well as equipment specification; * Identify resources required to implement engineering solutions, such as financial costs, procurement/acquisition of new technologies, materials, etc.; * Collaborate in the administration, preparation, and review of work instructions and operation manuals for the engineering solutions you are involved in; * Maintain contact with engineering service providers and manage contract deadlines to meet corporate needs and technical requirements; * Prepare reports and historical records regarding engineering solutions, highlighting applicable technical-legal requirements; * Participate in planning and executing the transfer of engineering projects to the production area, identifying root causes of issues and implementing improvements; * Support planning and monitoring of indicators related to applied engineering solutions. Participate in risk assessment and diagnosis of corporate processes from an engineering perspective; * Participate in investigations of problems in production processes to identify causes, scope, and potential solutions; * Perform technical management and verification of evaluation and testing results for engineering solutions, verifying compliance with conceptual specifications and forwarding information to the General Supervisor; * Conduct technical equalization for equipment procurement processes within your area of responsibility, review equipment data sheets, and formalize procurement processes upon approval; monitor financial procedures to ensure timely equipment delivery; * Analyze competitor products to identify advantages and possible engineering-related optimizations; * Perform other professional duties related and inherent to the position, as directed by superiors; * Carry out job responsibilities adhering to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
