Job Summary: Supervise unit management by assigning tasks and guiding subordinates to ensure efficient operation of the department under their responsibility, monitoring schedules and costs. Direct contact with customers and inspectors Supervise unit management by assigning tasks, guiding, and supervising subordinates in executing those tasks, preparing periodic reports for management to ensure efficient operation of the department under their responsibility. Monitor staffing schedules, overtime hours, and unit/branch costs. * Prepare staff work schedules for the unit using the control spreadsheet to prevent service gaps for the customer; * Monitor the unit's daily fleet maintenance flow to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out according to each vehicle's needs; * Check daily the status of parts orders for unit maintenance via the order number entered into the SISMA system, ensuring parts arrive within the required timeframe; * Hold weekly meetings with the customer to adjust routes according to demand and review service delivery, identifying potential improvements; * Generate daily vehicle entry and exit reports (time and arrival) for the customer to prevent route delays; * Review monthly administrative entries related to maintenance (tire pressure adjustment, lubrication, preventive maintenance, checklists, etc.) to ensure no information is missing during month-end closing; * Maintain daily contact with inspectors to stay informed about unit requirements and incidents, taking necessary actions; * Monitor fuel consumption entries (average consumption) in the system and verify whether they fall within the company's pre-established acceptable range; if not, investigate discrepancies; * Verify vehicle oil changes using the stoppage map received from PCM before handing it over to the mechanic; * Review unit staff time sheets to ensure alignment with working hours; * Lead on-site management by maintaining communication with staff and understanding operational, maintenance, and administrative requirements of the unit; * Review daily reports generated by CCO to address non-conformity incidents reported by drivers; * Prepare the monthly fleet mileage closing report to compare with customer data for month-end reconciliation; * Monitor routes to assess road conditions, identifying needs for route or departure time adjustments;
