Experience with ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel. **Job Description** Work in production planning, programming, and control within a machinery manufacturing industry, ensuring on-time delivery, productive resource optimization, and alignment among demand, inventory, and production capacity. **Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) * Program and sequence production orders according to factory capacity * Control delivery deadlines and ensure schedule adherence * Monitor raw material and work-in-process inventory levels * Analyze procurement needs in coordination with the supply department * Track production performance indicators (KPIs) * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the production flow * Interface with departments such as engineering, procurement, quality, and logistics * Update data in the ERP system (master data, orders, and time tracking) * Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Prior PCP experience, preferably in the metal-mechanical or machinery industry * Knowledge of production planning and inventory control * Experience with ERP systems * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Familiarity with industrial processes and reading production orders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in capital goods or machinery manufacturing industries * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools * Experience with MRP/MRP II * Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools * Technical or intermediate English proficiency * Experience with make-to-order production scheduling **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and planning * Logical and analytical reasoning * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactive problem-solving * Ability to work under deadlines and pressure * Systemic view of the production process * Attention to detail
