Information security management, including firewall and phishing Perform less complex IT department routines for the company, guiding employees and users of shared systems, monitoring systems, performing hardware maintenance, and ensuring information security. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer/user and employee support, guiding and resolving questions regarding hardware and software usage; * Assist in monitoring systems and applications, network resources, databases, servers, and data input/output to ensure effective data processing administration, as well as guaranteeing proper hardware and software operation; * Support firewall management, including blocking websites and identifying phishing attempts, to ensure information security and prevent fraud and data theft; * Assist in verifying the condition of machines and accessories in the workplace to maintain organization and upkeep; * Support internal infrastructure management, such as equipment control and IP address management; * Perform job-related activities while strictly adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department tasks; responsible for immediately reporting to their direct supervisor any activity posing a risk to their own or colleagues' health; * Carry out activities in alignment with the company's values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work practices through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, verified via internal and external departmental audits; * Safeguard company property under their responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to their direct supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; Relevant experience in the field is desirable. * **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; On-site meals.
