Focus on data and network security **Job Description:** We are seeking a proactive and technical **IT Analyst**, responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring secure operation of systems, equipment, and networks. The professional will serve as the primary point of contact for internal support, hardware and software maintenance, and cybersecurity implementation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain corporate email systems; * Provide internal user support, resolving hardware and software issues; * Install, format, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripheral devices; * Install and update applications and systems; * Manage cybersecurity to ensure data and network protection; * Participate in the creation, maintenance, and updating of internal or external websites; * Control access, perform backups, and document IT processes; * Preferred qualification: knowledge of the **Consystem** system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in IT support, equipment and network maintenance; * Knowledge of information security; * Familiarity with ERP systems or management software (Consystem is a plus); * Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems quickly; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Willingness to relocate to another state. **Key Behavioral Competencies:** * Key behavioral competencies; * Attention to detail; * Pursuit of accuracy and safety in work; * Structured and organized work approach; * Cautious and risk-averse; * Balanced autonomy.
