




Job Summary: Responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, leading the digital evolution of the customer journey. Process automation with Power Automate and Power Apps development Develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalability, process automation, and alignment with commercial and marketing department requirements. Responsible for the technical architecture of the CRM environment and for leading the evolution of digital solutions related to the customer journey. Key Responsibilities * Configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Development of automated workflows using Power Automate * Creation of corporate applications via Power Apps (Canvas and Model\-Driven) * Integration of CRM with internal and external systems via REST APIs * Database structuring (Dataverse / SQL) * Ensuring best practices in governance, security, and technical documentation * Serving as the technical reference for CRM construction and evolution
