Dynamic work environment with continuous learning We are seeking a qualified professional to work as a **Cost Analyst**. This professional will be responsible for monitoring financial and budgetary information, supporting rigorous analyses, and proposing continuous process improvements. This position is ideal for those who wish to contribute strategically in a dynamic and challenging environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the preparation of Budget and Forecast; * Monitor budget management through analyses of **Budgeted P&L vs. Actual P&L**, and justification of variances; * Monitor the development of managerial controls through indicator (KPI) analyses and action plans; * Monitor expense execution in accordance with the budget. * Monitor monthly Forecasts with adjustments made in partnership with related departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences**, or currently pursuing one; **Business Administration or related fields**. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience in budget analysis; * Experience with **ERP Protheus**; * Knowledge of budget systems such as **Allstrategy** or **EPM Oracle**; * Skills in **Power Query** and **Power BI**; * Experience implementing budget systems. **Expected Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication and confidence in meetings; * Efficient time management; * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively; * Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information; * Commitment to team development; **Additional Information** **Compensation and Work Schedule** * **Salary:** To be negotiated **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00\.
