Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI management dashboards and reports. • Develop and monitor Quiver System indicators and reports, ensuring alignment with business needs; • Address requests from the company and internal departments, such as HR, Finance, and other strategic areas; • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in analyses; • Create KPIs and analyses that support strategic decision-making; • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate needs into analytical solutions; • Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes; • Document BI models, metrics, and processes; • Support end users in interpreting data and using dashboards.
