Job Summary: We are seeking a resilient and strategic Senior SAP BASIS Consultant to work on a challenging digital transformation project focused on rolling out a global template for S/4HANA. Optimize system performance and perform complex troubleshooting. **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a resilient and strategic Senior SAP BASIS Consultant to join one of the most challenging digital transformation projects in the market: the rollout of a global template for S/4HANA. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to navigate a complex ecosystem, where the central challenge is transitioning from a highly customized ECC culture to global standardization. You will be a key player in harmonizing local operational needs (including the complexities of Brazilian localization and Tax Reform) with global template guidelines, ensuring stability and performance across a geographically distributed landscape. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and sustain the complex landscape throughout the entire Rollout project lifecycle (ECC to S/4HANA); * Perform installation, configuration, and administration of the S/4HANA environment and HANA database; * Support the technical adaptation of the global template to the realities of Brazilian operations, ensuring compliance with local requirements; * Manage object and configuration transports across different environments (Dev, QA, Prod) in a high-volume customization scenario; * Actively collaborate with global teams to align infrastructure and technical standards; * Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues; * Provide technical support to business units during process re-adaptation to the S/4HANA standard. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant in large-scale projects; * Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or rollout projects; * Expertise in SAP HANA database administration (installation, upgrades, and tuning); * In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, and access/security management; * Experience with Linux operating systems (SUSE/RHEL); * Experience in global landscape environments and managing complex transport systems; * Analytical capability to handle highly customized ECC systems (Legacy); * Knowledge of Brazilian localization (TDF, messaging, and electronic invoices). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Official SAP certifications (S/4HANA or HANA DB); * Prior experience in projects involving adaptations for Brazilian Tax Reform; * Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform); * Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Location:** Belo Horizonte \- MG **Work Model:** Hybrid **Language Requirement:** English \- Advanced level (essential for interaction with global teams) **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
