Working in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment * Manage the commercial process efficiently, empathetically, and result-oriented—from initial contact to closing. * Deliver consultative service by understanding the patient's needs and presenting appropriate services. * Present clinic services confidently, ethically, and sensitively, aligning sales with care. * Conduct negotiations and closings responsibly while preserving the patient's experience. * Follow up on leads, quotations, undecided or cancelled patients, and open opportunities. * Monitor sales goals and performance indicators, maintaining consistency, rhythm, and performance awareness. * Accurately record all stages of the commercial journey in the company's system and CRM. * Collaborate with reception, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and improved conversion. * Maintain strong patient relationships before, during, and after sales. * Contribute to standardizing commercial processes and supporting company growth. * Work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment emphasizing relationships, organization, and commitment to healthcare.
