We seek a professional experienced in managing medium- and high-complexity service projects, responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, cost and profitability management, quality control of deliverables, resource management, and tracking team performance efficiency, all aligned with established delivery standards and methodology. Result orientation is required, combined with systemic, strategic, and market vision, along with an owner’s mindset. Manage and develop resources through planning, monitor and track team performance efficiency, and negotiate assertively and clearly while managing potential conflicts.
