Job Summary:
An Occupational Safety professional responsible for promoting health and safety, managing regulatory standards, training, and monitoring in the industrial sector.
Key Highlights:
1. Responsible for SESMT and compliance with Regulatory Standards
2. Promotion and delivery of occupational health and safety training
3. Application and monitoring of industrial safety standards
Completed technical education in Occupational Safety.
Understanding of changes and mandatory data submission requirements to e-Social regarding Occupational Safety and Environmental Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fire Prevention and Combat Course
Application, interpretation, inspection, and monitoring of occupational safety standards, especially those applicable in the industrial sector
Work with PGR and e-Social submission via ERP management system.
Responsible for the company's SESMT to promote worker health and protect physical integrity.
Technically responsible for advising on compliance with Occupational Safety and Medicine Regulatory Standards—from hiring and periodic inspections to preparation and submission of PPPs (Personal Protection Profiles);
Organize campaigns and coordinate publication of educational materials on Health, Safety, and Occupational Medicine;
Promote and deliver training on health, occupational safety, and Quality of Work Life;
Oversee occupational safety activities at client premises, all external construction sites of the headquarters and company;
Monitor, execute, and disseminate KPI reports, planning, and safety performance;
Conduct inspections of PPE records, general tools, equipment, service areas, and vehicles—including those used by contracted companies;
Develop, propose, and monitor Risk Assessment Maps; Safety Standards and Devices; suggest possible modifications to equipment, programs, and facilities; verify adherence to prevent accidents.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position
Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$4,500.00 per month
