




Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning and maintaining facilities, including bathroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and identifying issues. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and organizing various environments. 2. Ensures hygiene and restocking of essential items. 3. Performs preventive maintenance and reports irregularities. General Tasks * **Cleaning of areas:** Clean floors, walls, windows, furniture, and equipment. * **Waste removal:** Collect and dispose of garbage regularly. * **Bathroom sanitation:** Clean and disinfect toilets, and restock items such as soap and toilet paper. * **Surface cleaning:** Dust furniture and other surfaces in common areas, such as meeting rooms and offices. * **Supply restocking:** Ensure availability of supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. * **Other tasks:** Unclog sinks and drains, wash glass surfaces and blinds, and, in some cases, assist with activities such as serving coffee and snacks. * **Issue observation:** Report irregularities or problems in the facilities to immediate supervisors.
