Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related technical fields **Job Description:** The Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and continuously improving production processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and adherence to the company's established quality requirements. The role involves direct engagement in data collection, process mapping, and implementing improvements in collaboration with production areas. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Conduct **time study of production processes**, evaluating work methods and cycle times * Develop and review **VSM (Value Stream Mapping)** * Drive **continuous process improvement (AS IS / TO BE)** * Design and model processes using **Bizagi and BPMN** * Participate in and lead **Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects** * Develop and review **SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instructions** * Monitor quality and productivity metrics * Identify opportunities for process optimization * Support operational procedure standardization * Collaborate with production teams to implement improvements ✅ Requirements: * Experience with: + Time study of processes + Value Stream Mapping (VSM) + Process improvement (AS IS / TO BE) + Bizagi / BPMN + Kaizen + Development of SOPs and Work Instructions * Industrial environment experience preferred ✅ Education: * Bachelor's degree in **Production Engineering** (completed or in progress) OR * Technical high school diploma in **Mechanics**, **Electromechanics**, **Industrial Processes**, or other related industrial fields ✅ Desired Competencies: * Organization * Analytical thinking * Proactivity * Proficiency in working with processes * Strong communication skills * Focus on continuous improvement
